As expected, the fatigues have set in. They seemed to have come a little earlier this round. We're thinking they skipped the steroids yesterday...not sure. Kristi started crashing last night and never really got her steroid "high" with this round that she normally enjoys. Kristi also has diarrhea real bad (and yes, she said it was OK for me to say that!). I mention that because if you remember Kristi has lost a lot of weight and continues to lose weight...this will not help that cause! She was the lightest ever at the beginning of this round...even her nurse said something about it. Please pray that her new medicine helps with the diarrhea...Kristi can't afford to lose any more weight. Please also pray that Kristi's spirit perks up as she recovers...she is obviously a little down again. This time is tough for her as she is very limited in what she can do.
I brought Emily over to our friends Brian and Janna. They are going to keep her until Friday. Ashley and Nathan can manage with minimal help from Kristi, but Emily can't so we have to bring her elsewhere during these recovering days. Ashley was quite upset when we got home because she is tired of Emily being carted around. Please pray that the kids will adjust to the routine of these recovery days.
That's all for today.
