Friday, September 21, 2007: Go Blue

We were told before we came here by different people that we would be treated like a number; that the doctors would be cold and impersonal. So we had very little expectations, but felt like it was necessary to get this done. Wow were we surprised! Not only were we treated like special people, the doctors were extremely personable. We met with 2 different doctors for about 2 hours. Their conclusion: stay the course!! They may have done some things a little differently, but overall they agreed with everything that has been done and agree that Kristi's current chemo is the right one for her. We learned some new things today and of course they went over the usual statistics again. Nothing we already didn't know so there were no big surprises.

Now we're going to just enjoy the weekend. Here's a picture of the hospital...
